good start

That was great! I loved how you drew the characters, and how you made all the elves standing in a line, but when they fired their arrows, instead of just drawing an arrow and motion tweening it away from them, you could animate one elf firing an arrow, then make it a movie clip and copy paste it many times then they would all be smoothly firing arrows, that would be so cool...and if you downloaded some lord of the rings music of kazaa or something, then converted it to .wav in a program like cool edit, you could import it in and keep the file size low, anyway it is still the best lord of the rings flash I have yet seen, hope you improve and finish it!

great start!

I really enjoyed that! My favourite part was when James looked into the mirror, that part especially was really well done! This is a really good start, and you chose a great song! I think my best advice would be to make sure ur "walking creature" movie clips move at a steady pace so it doesnt look like they are gliding, or doing a moonwalk! hehe! But it was great, I only advise you to add more shadows, because in my opinion, one of the things that gave silent hill that true feeling of foreboding was the constant shadows, so I think you should increase the darkness of your motion tweens or add in more layers of shadows, anyway great start, I'll be watching for the second part!

Thanks for the constructive criticism, you're far nicer than the other two critics who came after you. :)

wow!

Really cool! I like the style, madness redeemer meets rayman meets..aliens? hehe I dunno! My favourite part about this movie is that it felt so much like a game! With the inventory and everything, I loved it! And I loved in your "shoot em up scenes" how he flipped and twirled his guns, that was my other favoutire about this movie, anyway! Good work, keep it up!

you have a pretty fucked up mind..

I like that! hehe! Great music *system fan*, nice artwork, just turn up the volume on the voices, I coudlnt hear some of them, other than that great!

Adam

(you get an 8 for humour because my mind is so screwed up I think brutal violence is funny!:D)

*tear* wow..

That was a cute movie! I really liked it, a big change from the usual hopped up on violence stuff that shows up here! I'm realy anti-clocks, but this movie made me look at clocks a bit differently. I've seen a lot of clock crew movies, but this one was the first I've seen where the hands on one of the clocks moved! Great job! I found this movie really uplifting, great choice of music and it had a good feel to it! I really enjoyed this, thanks a lot!

Your review made me laugh out loud. It's nice to know that somebody really enjoyed the movie. For this, you get three w00ts.

w00t w00t w00t!

*tear* oh no...neuton jumped out of the window...

That was so great! You are so original, I love your style! And you are an amazing guitarist, who would have thought of making a rock opera in flash, only a genius such as yourself! I've been meaning to see Tommy the rock opera from the Who for awhile now, havent got the chance. I loved your art music, voice acting, all really excellent!

McRhyme responds:

I've seen Tommy. It was a bit too strange for me though. I mean the Who is good (odd grammar). But Tommy is a bit too much (odd sentence).

an excellent video!

Yup that was really great! I love your style! And it was totally rabbit joint! The last reviewer n8x is a fucking idiot, I have all the system cds and it is not on ANY of them! Also, I read in a review where they asked SOAD if it was by them, and Serj replied "No it is not by us, it's just by someone who sounds like me and rolls there "r"s as I do" (those arent the exact words but pretty close!)
Anyway great job!

Adam

haha excellent!

I watched this movie before.. a long time ago, before I played FFX. I didnt know the characters or the themes so I didn't find it so funny. I got the game for christmas and have been playing it since and I decided to watch this again, and it was a lot more hilarious the second time! It's amazing how you managed to capture the essence of the characters while still transfering them into cartoons, great job! I loved it! I give you all 10s!

MetalMaverick responds:

I had played the game at least several times before I started this animation, so I pretty much knew each charater well, and made sure to make each of them as authentic as possible, and even throw in a few surprises here and there.
